The Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Tuxedo Cake!

I decided to go rectangle this time rather than make a round cake like I did in my “past life”, but you can feel free to make this cake to any size, any shape and any combination of awesome recipes you like best!
That’s the beauty of building on recipes, you can really make it to your liking!
By pouring all of the batter from my Chocolate Cake Recipe into a 12″ X 18″ Pan I was able to get the 1/8 sheet cake size as you will see.
Packed with Vanilla Pastry Cream & Fresh Strawberries you will not want to wait for any special occasions to make this cake!
I realize I did not give a very good explanation of how to make the white chocolate decor triangles in this video, but I did explain it really well here in this one!
If using Couverture Chocolate it must be tempered for dipping the berries & making the decor
