Prepare the brownie ahead of time and be sure it is completely cooled before topping with the other ingredients listed below
Serves: 15 Brownies
  • 1 Recipe Fudge Brownie with pecans added to the batter
  • ½ Recipe Ganache
  • 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 2 Cups Chopped Pecans (1 cup is for the batter as listed above)
  1. Spread about ¼ cup of ganache over the cooled brownie
  2. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and pecans
  3. Pour the remaining ganache over top of everything
  4. Let set in the refrigerator before cutting
Store brownies at room temperature for up to 3 days

Refrigerate for longer storage up to 10 days (they may go stale before going bad)

Freeze for up to 2 months
