Oreo Cheesecake Fudge CRUST RECIPE
Prepare an 8" Pan (round or Square) with foil and lightly sprayed with pan spray Preheat oven to 425°F
  • Oreo Cookies 12
  • Unsalted Butter 8 Tablespoons (113g)
  • Light Brown Sugar ½ cup (105g)
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk ⅔ cup (210g)
  1. Twist the oreos to separate the halves then layer them in the foil lined pan.
  2. In a heavy bottom saucepot combine the butter and brown sugar over high heat stirring to melt
  3. Allow it to come to a full rolling boil
  4. Once it has boiled continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. After 2 minutes add the sweetened condensed milk and stir to combine.
  6. Pour over the oreos in the pan
  7. Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes.
  8. Cool while you prepare the fudge recipe below
