For the Shortbread Base:
  • All Purpose Flour 4 cups
  • Granulated Sugar 1 cup
  • Unsalted Butter 2 cups
For the Filling:
  • Eggs large 8
  • Granulated Sugar 4 cups
  • All Purpose Flour 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Lemon Juice 1 Cup
  • Lemon Extract 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon Zest optional 1
