Sticky Smear
  • Light Brown Sugar 1 cup (200g)
  • Granulated Sugar ¾ cup (150g)
  • Unsalted Butter Softened 1 Stick (112g)
  • Salt ½ teaspoon (3g)
  • All Purpose Flour 2 Tablespoons (17g)
  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon (3g)
  • Honey 4 Tablespoons (56g)
  1. Cream the butter and sugars together until fluffy
  2. Add the salt, cinnamon, flour and honey
This recipe can be made in bulk and stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month in an airtight container or frozen for up to 4 months.
