Serves: 5 cups
  • Mangoes 6
  • Water ½ - ¾ cup
  • Sugar as needed (2 tablespoons - ¼ cup max)
  1. Peel and pit your mangoes as per the video instruction
  2. Chop them into similar sized chunks and cook over a low heat with about ¼ cup of water.
  3. AS the mango pulp cooks down you may need to add more water
  4. Add sugar is desired
  5. Cook until all the fibers have been broken down and you have a very mushy puree
  6. Place in a food processor or a blender and puree.
  7. Strain if desired
  8. Cool completely then store in a clean container with a lid
Puree can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.

For longer storage freeze for up to 2 months
