Peanut Butter Easter Bunny


No Easter Basket is complete without a Peanut Butter Easter Bunny!

As long as you have the bunny mold you are half way there!

The recipe for the peanut butter filling is super easy and you may be familiar with it because it is the same one I used for my Copy-Cat Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

So needless to say  it is a very versatile recipe that can be used for just about any mold you like!

In the picture above I have the Sugar Easter Eggs I made with an egg shaped mold that can also be used for chocolate peanut butter eggs!

Peanut Butter Easter Bunny
This recipe yields enough peanut butter filling for 2 medium sized bunnies or 2 dozen small egg shapes
Serves: 2- medium bunnies
  1. Cream the peanut butter with the confectioners sugar, graham crackers and salt.
  2. Pipe or spread into chocolate molds as shown in the video
If using real couverture be sure to Temper the Chocolate properly for best success!
