Rocky Road Brownies

My fudge brownie recipe has to be the best brownie to carry a zillion other combinations!

When I owned my bakery I used to come up with weekly ideas for what to pile on top of them!

Girl Scout Samoa Brownies, Mocha Buttercream Blaster Brownies!

Mint, Caramel you name it!

But I have to say, I never tried the Rocky Road Brownies until today!

Where was my brain?  This is AMAZING! I could have been rich! LOL

Marshmallows, pecans and ganache!?

I don’t think I have to try to sell this to you ~ the picture speaks for itself!

This simple building on recipes technique is easy as long as you have your base recipe of ganache and brownie batter prepared ahead of time.
