When I owned my bakery I used to come up with weekly ideas for what to pile on top of them!
Girl Scout Samoa Brownies, Mocha Buttercream Blaster Brownies!
Mint, Caramel you name it!
But I have to say, I never tried the Rocky Road Brownies until today!
Where was my brain? This is AMAZING! I could have been rich! LOL
Marshmallows, pecans and ganache!?
I don’t think I have to try to sell this to you ~ the picture speaks for itself!
- Spread about ¼ cup of ganache over the cooled brownie
- Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and pecans
- Pour the remaining ganache over top of everything
- Let set in the refrigerator before cutting
Refrigerate for longer storage up to 10 days (they may go stale before going bad)
Freeze for up to 2 months
