S’mores Strudel ~ Everything but the Kitchen sink!


So here is my “Everything but the Kitchen sink” S’mores Strudel!

This is my version of that viral video that was recently trending, where they took a giant Hershey’s Chocolate Bar and stuck it in a puff pastry sheet and baked it.

Well not only did I stick a Hershey’s Chocolate bar in mine, but I also cleared out my pantry and added Nutella, Oreos, Marshmallows and for the health conscious folks at your party ~ a couple of bananas!

It is so ridiculous you are going to love it!

Oozing with oooey gooey chocolate-y nutella and warm bananas! The oreos and marshmallows are thrown in just for fun!

This combo really came out great!

But as you can see you can pretty much stuff anything into a puff pastry sheet and come up with a creation all your own!

S'mores Strudel
Serves: 10 people
  • 1 package Frozen Puff Pastry
  • 8 Oreos
  • 8 Jumbo Marshmallows cut small (or 1 cup of mini)
  • ½ Cup Nutella
  • 1 Giant Hershey bar
  • 2 Ripe bananas

I made this with hazelnut-chocolate spread, Rosemarie chocolate squares (which is praline-filled Swiss chocolate), mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs to make it “s’mores” flavor. So easy and a major hit! Ridiculously delicious. AND, freezes fantastically, I made ahead of time and just warmed up in a 170 degree oven before serving! Thanks for the inspiration!
